We are very busy every day.
time isn't enough and natural resource is limited.
How to save time and water in home.
When you go home. You need to do many housework. You can find time isn't enough.

When you finished housework that you can sleep and relax.

Yesterday night..i have do many things. It is cost time as below:
1. eat dinner.  30 minute
2. wash dishes. 5 minute
3. wash my car  1 hours
4. cut piece of fruit and do juice(avocado juice. vegetable and fruit mixed juice)  1 hours
5. use washing machine to wash clothes .  40 minute
6. wash clothes by hand.  10 minute
7. take a shower and wash hair.  30 minute
8. wash clean floor (have two rooms)20 minute
9. makeup--5 minute
10. I hang my clothes outside.  10~15 minute

total:4 hours 30 minute

But I only cost 3 hours 30 minute

7:00 went home.
10:30 ready sleep.



How to save time and water in home
way as below:

1.When you wash hair before. First have cold water. You can save it.

2. When water change hot. Then wash your hair have produce water. You can save water. You soak the dirty clothes in cold water. Soak time about 15~30 minute.

3. Then take shower and makeup and blow hair.
Then,your soak time of clothes is finished. You can start to wash your clothes.

4. Then you can  hang your clothes outside. Including washed to finished clothes of  inside washing machine.

5.You can used to wash clothes of water to clean floor.

way as below:
1 put the few leaves in to blender
2 add a small piece of pineapple
3 add sugar (I love sweet. Put 2 tablespoons)
4 add a little water

put in button:start key 

when all mix it and put it cup.

you can drink it.

This is my first test.
I drank it and it is delicious.  It had nature taste.

石蓮花（學名：Graptopetalum paraguayense），又稱寶石花、粉蓮、朧月、初霜、石蓮掌、蓮花掌、風車草、觀音草、蓮座草、石膽草、神明草，屬景天科植物，原產地墨西哥伊達爾戈州。

形態

多年生草本，全株光滑，沒有明顯的莖。倒卵形的葉子沿地面呈蓮座狀著生，末端闊而圓，有一小尖頭，葉色淡紫或灰綠色，兩面被有粉霜，因狀似蓮花而且葉片耐旱，不易乾燥，故名石蓮，形似風車，故又名「風車草」。

花偏側著生，呈總狀單歧聚傘花序，花冠基部結合成短筒，外面淡紅或紅色，內面為黃色。

用途

人類食用石蓮花的歷史相當悠久，東羅馬帝國的查理曼大帝（Charlemagne）就在屋頂上遍植石蓮花，墨西哥人認為將它種植在屋頂上有避雷擊之效。石蓮花屬寒性，甘涼，繁殖及適應力很強，盛開期為三、四月間。葉面多肉，男女老少，皆可食用。

石蓮花富含膳食纖維、磷、鈣、鉀、鈉、鎂、鐵等礦物質，以及維生素C、B1、B2、B6、葉酸、菸鹼酸、β-胡蘿葡素，臨床證實石蓮花可治療濕熱型肝炎、肝硬化、痛風、牙周病、皮膚病、高血壓、便秘等疾病。

石蓮花可直接沾梅子粉、果糖或蜂蜜食用，味道如蓮霧，具有清熱解毒、降血糖、排尿酸、去尿毒，亦可促進新陳代謝、養顏美容。
